Our organization has been doing social work for 5 years, distributing Grocery-clothes and other daily necessities through 3 vehicles to the people of Kodagu who were displaced by floods, visited various orphanages and provided food to children. Financial assistance and clothes were distributed to vulnerable girls and orphans, Arrangements were made to provide loan facilities to eligible women through various banks, training in tailoring to women, visiting various districts and guiding women through various schemes to make them financially strong.

ನಮ್ಮ ಸಾಧನಾ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು 5 ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಕೆಲಸ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾ ಬಂದಿದೆ, ಜಲಪ್ರಳಯದಿಂದ ನಿರಾಶ್ರಿತರಾದ ಕೊಡಗಿನ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಸುಮಾರು 3 ವಾಹನಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ದವಸ-ಧಾನ್ಯ-ಬಟ್ಟೆ ಇನ್ನಿತರ ದಿನನಿತ್ಯ ಸಾಮಗ್ರಿಗಳನ್ನು ವಿತರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು, ವಿವಿಧ ಅನಾಥಾಶ್ರಮಗಳಿಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಊಟ ಒದಗಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ದುರ್ಬಲ ಹೆಣ್ಣು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಅನಾಥ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಹಣಕಾಸಿನ ನೆರವು ಮತ್ತು ಬಟ್ಟೆಗಳನ್ನು ವಿತರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು, ಅರ್ಹ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರಿಗೆ ವಿವಿಧ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕುಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಾಲ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ ಕೊಡುವ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಯಿತು, ಮಹಿಳೆಯರಿಗೆ ಟೈಲರಿಂಗ್ ತರಬೇತಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ, ವಿವಿಧ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ಮಹಿಳೆಯರಿಗೆ ಆರ್ಥಿಕವಾಗಿ ಸದೃಢವಾಗಲು ವಿವಿಧ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿದೆ.

ಸಾಧನಾ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು ದಾವಣಗೆರೆ ಸಮುದಾಯದ ಅನೇಕ ವಲಸೆ ಮತ್ತು ಕಡಿಮೆ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ-ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಸಂಘಟಿತ ಆಟಗಳು, ಡೇ ಕೇರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಶಾಲಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಉತ್ತೇಜಿಸುವ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಗಣಿತ, ವ್ಯಾಕರಣದ ಕಾಗುಣಿತ ಎಲ್ಲವನ್ನೂ ಇಂಗ್ಲಿಷ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಕಲಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗುತ್ತಾರೆ.

Sadhana Provides stimulating activities, organized games, day care and schooling programs for many migrant and low socio-economic children within the Davanagere community. In the morning the children engage in subjects of math, grammar, spelling all of which are taught in English.

ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವನ್ನು ಉತ್ತೇಜಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗಿರುವ ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಶಾಲಾ, ಕಾಲೇಜುಗಳ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ, ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಿಕ, ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ಉತ್ತೇಜಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಲು.
ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಾದ ನೃತ್ಯ ತರಗತಿ, ಸಂಗೀತ ತರಗತಿಗಳು, ಬೇಸಿಗೆ ಶಿಬಿರ ತರಗತಿಗಳು, ಜಿಮ್ನಾಸ್ಟಿಕ್ಸ್, ಬಡ ಮತ್ತು ಅರ್ಹ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿವೇತನವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸುವುದು.
ಉಪನ್ಯಾಸಗಳು, ಚರ್ಚೆಗಳ ಚರ್ಚೆ, ಅಧ್ಯಯನ ಪ್ರವಾಸಗಳು, ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನಗಳು, ರೇಡಿಯೋ ಮತ್ತು ದೂರದರ್ಶನವು ಟ್ರಸ್ಟ್‌ನ ವಸ್ತುಗಳ ಜಾಹೀರಾತನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ಮಾಡಲು.

ಸಮುದಾಯ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಅವರ ಅಗತ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಪೂರೈಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಕುಟುಂಬವನ್ನು ಸಂರಕ್ಷಿಸುವುದು
ಬಾಲಕಾರ್ಮಿಕ ಪದ್ಧತಿಯನ್ನು ತಡೆಗಟ್ಟಲು.
ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಕುರಿತು ಸಮುದಾಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ನೀಡುವುದು
ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವನ್ನು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ಸಬಲೀಕರಣಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ಲಿಂಗ ಸಮಾನತೆಯನ್ನು ಉತ್ತೇಜಿಸಲು
ಆರೋಗ್ಯಕರ ಕುಟುಂಬ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ಉತ್ತೇಜಿಸಲು.

To promote and establish primary, secondary, educational activities in the line of academic school, colleges, who are engaged in promoting education.
To conduct cultural activities such as Dance class, Music classes, Summer Camp Classes, Gymnastics, Scholarship for Poor and merit students.
To arrange and organize lectures, debates, discussion, study tours, conferences, Radio & Television talks about the advertisement of the objects of the Trust.

To prevent child abandonment.
To preserve family by meeting their needs through community programs.
To prevent child labour.
To educate communities on the importance of Education.
To encourage and empower education and promote gender equality.
To promote a healthy family system.

ತಂದೆ ಶ್ರೀ ರುದ್ರಮುನಿಯಪ್ಪ ಪೂಜಾರ್ ಹಾಗೂ ತಾಯಿ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ವೀರಮ್ಮ ದಂಪತಿಗಳಿಗೆ 20 ಜುಲೈ 1984 ಶುಕ್ರವಾರದಂದು ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಪುಷ್ಪಲತಾ ಪವಿತ್ರ ರಾಜ್ ಜನಿಸಿದರು, ಅವರು ಒಂದು ಬಡ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಕೃಷಿ ಕುಟುಂಬದಲ್ಲಿ ಜನಿಸಿದರು, ಅವರು ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯಶಾಸ್ತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಪದವಿಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಪುಷ್ಪಲತಾ ಅವರು 2000 ಇಸವಿ ಮೇ ತಿಂಗಳಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪವಿತ್ರ ರಾಜ್ ಅವರ ಜೊತೆ ವಿವಾಹವಾದರೂ ಹಾಗೂ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸಿದ್ದಾರ್ಥ್ ಮತ್ತು ಸಚಿನ್ ಎಂಬ ಎರಡು ಮುದ್ದಾದ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಇದ್ದಾರೆ. 2004ರಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮರ್ಥ ಮಲ್ಟಿಪರ್ಪಸ್ ಕೋ ಆಫ್ ಸೊಸೈಟಿ ಮೂಲಕ ಜನಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಸೇವೆಗೆ ಪಾದಾರ್ಪಣೆ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ, 2017 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಮಹಿಳಾ ಮತ್ತು ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಸಾಧನ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 5,000 ಕ್ಕೂ ಅಧಿಕ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇವರ ಜನಸೇವೆ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಿ ಗೌರವ ಡಾಕ್ಟರೇಟ್ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

Srimati Pushpalatha Pavitra Raj was born on Friday 20th July 1984 to father Mr. Rudramuniyappa Pujar and mother Mrs. Veeramma, she was born in a poor village farming family, she graduated in Commerce. Smt. Pushpalatha got married to Pavitra Raj in May 2000 and they have two cute children Siddharth and Sachin.

In 2004 Samartha Multipurpose Co.op Society made its debut in public welfare services.
In 2017, Karnataka Women and Children Sadhana Development Institute was established.
The organization has more than 5,000 members.
She has been awarded an honorary doctorate in recognition of her public service.
